YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH
ABOUT ME
My career in mental health and social services began after earning my BA in Psychology and MS in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I bring over 15 years of experience supporting individuals in therapeutic and non-traditional environments, helping clients access clinical, vocational, and social rehabilitative services. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in Community and Public Health, while also working in healthcare as an Operational Manager, bridging the gap between clinical care and effective organizational practices.
My personal mission is to promote growth and development—both in personal strengths and interpersonal skills. As a client-focused therapist, I provide compassionate, skilled, and trustworthy care with integrity, authenticity, and professionalism—while leaving room for creativity and even a little fun along the way. I am committed to supporting clients in building self-esteem, improving decision-making, and developing healthy coping skills for youth and adults alike.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. My experience equips me to connect clients with resources beyond mental health, supporting holistic wellness. Life’s journey can be unpredictable, and sometimes seeking support is the strongest step you can take. Let me help you discover that you are STRONG ENOUGH—and provide the HOPE for tomorrow.
