CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY POLICY

The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist and the information cannot be disclosed without permission

​

Exceptions include:

​

1. Disclosure or suspension of child abuse or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report to the appropriate authorities immediately.

2. If client intends to harm himself/herself, I will make efforts to ensure their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will contact to appropriate authorities immediately.

3. If client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person(s), I must notify law enforcement and inform the intended victim.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not provide at least 24 hour notice of cancellation for your therapy appointment, you will be required to pay a service charge at 100% of the rate of session.
